Eric is the managing partner of ERIC KANG & ASSOCIATES. He has advised and acted for foreign and local companies on corporate and commercial, real estate and regulatory matters.

 

In the field of corporate and commercial, he has involved in the sale and purchase of shares and assets across various industries including, money exchange and remittance, e-money, merchant acquiring (payment gateway), health care, cosmetics, e-commerce, and port business. He also has experience in the sale and purchase of commercial and non-commercial properties under strata and individual titles in either freehold and leasehold land.

 

Apart from drafting and negotiating on Fin-tech related contracts, Eric’s advice is regularly sought relating to e-money and merchant acquiring (payment gateway) regulatory and compliance matters.
